1. Return Period
Customers in Taiwan are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (including weekends and public holidays) starting from the date of receipt.
Please note that the inspection period is not a trial period. Returned items must remain in brand-new condition:
Unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume or any other odors
Original tags and packaging intact
All accompanying accessories included (e.g., dust bag, spare buttons)
2. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Personal hygiene items (e.g., earrings)
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items with damage, stains, or odors caused by human factors
Sale, clearance, or promotional items (as stated on the product page before purchase)
3. Return/Exchange Procedure
Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order via info@selecte.store or Instagram Direct Message
Provide: order number, product name, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the item
Once confirmed, customer service will provide the return address and instructions
Use a trackable shipping method to send back the item and keep the shipping receipt as proof
4. Shipping Costs & Refunds
For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons such as wrong size or color preference:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
For defective items or incorrect shipments:
Return shipping costs are covered by sélecte
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and will be made via the original payment method
5. International Orders
Returns or exchanges are currently not available for international orders (except for defective items)
For defective items, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt
