Brand Transition Notice

Fles Active was a yoga apparel brand previously co-founded by Yi Ting Tsai and her sister. The brand ceased operations in 2023 and has not been active since then.

In 2024, Yi Ting Tsai independently founded a new brand, Sélecte, which is solely owned and operated by her. Yi Ting Tsai is the legal owner and operator of both brand names at their respective periods of operation.

The Instagram account originally used for Fles Active was later repurposed by Yi Ting Tsai by changing the handle and brand name to Sélecte. No transfer or sale of the account took place. The account has always remained under her control.

This page is published to formally document the brand transition from Fles Active to Sélecte and to clarify that both brand names were legally owned and operated by the same individual at different periods.
